Should you need to return a product for any reason, then please follow the instructions below;
- Fill in all blank spaces on the RMA template (Click here for a blank RMA form)
- Email the completed RMA request form to luke.c@i-groupuk.com
- Include a copy of the RMA form in with your return shipment and ship for Luke Campion’s attention
- Ship RMA to;

Please ensure all blank spaces are completed on the RMA form and attach pictures / videos if possible which show the fault(s).
